Return & Exchange Policy
At INARA, every piece of jewellery is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality standards.
No Return Policy
* All purchases are final.
* We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed and shipped.
Exchange for Damaged or Defective Products
* Exchanges are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
* Any exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
* To process a claim, customers must provide a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed package opening through the inspection of the product.
* Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for exchange.
Exchange Process
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Share your order details, photographs of the issue, and the unboxing video.
3. Upon verification and approval, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product or provide an alternative of equivalent value, subject to availability.
Non-Eligible Cases
* Change of mind or personal preference.
* Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance due to photography and screen settings.
* Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, wear and tear, or exposure to chemicals, water, perfumes, or cosmetics.
* Requests made after 7 days of delivery.
