Cancellations

Returns

Exchanges
- Easy Exchanges – Exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn and in its original packaging.
- Defective or Incorrect Items – Only applicable for defective or incorrect items. Notify us within 48 hours for a hassle-free resolution.
- No exchanges/refunds on customized pieces, sale items, or gift cards.
